Thank you, Rachel. I will press on. When my book gets published one day, you will be in my "gratitude" section as my cheerleader. ❤️

I needed to read this today. I’m newly pregnant with my third and feeling a creeping anxiety about how I am going to manage everything. Thank you for this reminder to tend to my own humanity right now.

Hanna, I am sending you lots of love. It is good you are leaning into this message, because it’s so important that you care for your own tender needs while you nurture that little life inside of you. I hear you. I just want you to know I do get it and how overwhelming that anxiety can feel when you are carrying a literal human in your body PLUS the burden of responsibility that mothers so often shoulder alone. If you need support, please reach out. I’m here.

Thank you for your kind words! 💜 I took time to exercise today and my husband is handling bath time now so I have a few moments alone to breathe. It feels good.

Oh, Hanna, I love hearing that for you! It really is those simple moments that help restore our sanity, isn’t it? You have a fantastic husband (I do, too) to give you a breather. And I hope exercising helped with relieving some stress. I know for me, getting outside to walk my dog through the park always helps!

Thank you, Joy, for what you shared. It seems true that working on our own pathway to happiness and healing offers an example to our kids, plus helps us be healthier versions of ourselves to love our families more fully. ❤️
