TERMS OF SERVICE FOR I GROW STRONG AGAIN

Welcome to I GROW STRONG AGAIN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of my Substack publication, website, and related services including live events and email content (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or subscribe to I GROW STRONG AGAIN.

1. Purpose and Nature of Content

I GROW STRONG AGAIN offers personal essays, reflections, videos, and Notes created by me, Jeannie Ewing, and occasionally by my daughter, Sarah, who contributes with permission and adult supervision. Guest authors are featured each month and do not receive compensation for sharing their stories. Content shared is for educational, reflective, and inspirational purposes only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Substack’s payment system (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to Substack’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Founding or paid subscriptions grant access to exclusive content, including live virtual gatherings and bonus materials. Access continues as long as your subscription remains active.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time via your Substack account.

3. Zoom Gatherings and Community Guidelines

For live events such as monthly Zoom gatherings, I ask that participants:

• Treat all members, including Sarah, with kindness and respect.

• Keep discussions confidential; do not share or record any part of the meeting without explicit permission.

• Avoid hate speech, harassment, or language that dehumanizes others.

Violation of these principles may result in removal from live gatherings or paid access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All written, audio, and video content on I GROW STRONG AGAIN is the property of me, Jeannie Ewing, unless otherwise credited. You may share excerpts or links publicly with proper attribution, but you may not republish or distribute full posts, videos, or recordings without permission. If you are the author of a guest post with your name as the byline, you are free to cross-post and share publicly anywhere you wish.

5. AI and Technology Use Disclosure

I occasionally use AI tools for editing, brainstorming, and organizational support, but all essays, reflections, and Notes are original human writing. No AI-generated content is published as original creative work.

6. Liability Disclaimer

I make no guarantees about outcomes or interpretations derived from reading or participating in this publication. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Modifications

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
